Kingston Upon Hull is unique, we have our very own independent telephone network company, and remains the only locally operated telephone company in the UK! This means we have the privilege of using cream coloured phone boxes...or mucky cream if you are looking at my picture!
Added to that no crown appears on our phone boxes like the red ones elsewhere in the UK!
